Poke Dojo is the child of well established parents Hanaro Sushi in Bethesda and Kusshi Sushi in North Bethesda. Starting off as a pop-up inside its parent restaurants, Poke Dojo eventually matured into its own. At the heart of a good traditional poke bowl is high quality sushi grade salmon and tuna. Poke Dojo continues to use the same sushi grade fish from its parent restaurants in each of its poke bowls.
